1.0 - Introduction
This guide reveals some of the best training locations, for several hit point brackets. Hopefully by reading here, you will be a bit wiser on where you ought to train!

2.0 - Experience Formula
The formulas for RuneScape are different to that of RuneScape Classic. Previously, a set amount of experience was given per NPC you killed. Now, experience is given dependant on how much you hit on an NPC. The formulas are quite simple, and are shown below.
Melee formula
Hit x 4 This formula is used to determine the XP given to attack, defence, or strength per hit.
Example x 4 = 128 XP to attack, defence, or strength
Hit points formula
Hit x 1.33 This formula is used to determine the XP given to hit points per hit.
Example x 1.33 = 42.56 XP to hit points
