The Tree Gnome Village is one of the smaller cities in RuneScape. It is located in the center of a maze, south of East Ardougne.
To gain access the first time, you have to make your way through the maze. Once at the center of the maze, you can squeeze through the loose railing on the fence to enter the village. After you complete Tree Gnome Village quest, talk with Elkoy, at the north-west entrance, and he will take you to the center of the maze.
There is not a great deal to do in the village, but the maze contains goblins, hill giants, ogres, rats and wolves. There is also a small dungeon that is part of the Waterfall Quest. It contains bats, hobgoblins and zombies.

Special Attractions
Fruit Tree Farming Plot
Just west of the Maze entrance is one of the 4 Fruit Tree Farming Plots. You can use the Spirit Tree in the Village for quicker access to this plot.
Spirit Tree
Spirit Trees is one of the main ways to get around RuneScape. It can teleport you to select locations around the world. After you complete Tree Gnome Village quest, King Bolren will give you access to the Spirit Trees.
The tree which is in the east of the village by the King Bolren can teleport you to any of its brothers around the RuneScape world. Talk to the tree to be teleported to one of these locations:
- Tree Gnome Stronghold
- Forest north of Varrock
- North of the Gnome-Khazard Battlefield (just south of Ardougne)
Once you reach level 83 Farming, you will be able to plant your own Spirit Tree. Please keep in mind that you can only plant 1 spirit tree, so pick carefully. These plots are located in these areas:
- Etceteria
- Port Sarim
- Brimhaven East
Also, you should know that all teleportation is taken through the larger Spirit Trees at the Tree Gnome Village or the Tree Gnome Stronghold.
Dungeon
The dungeon under the Tree Gnome Village is a ok training spot for mid level players. There usually are not too many people training on the hobgoblins or zombies. This dungeon is mostly used in the Waterfall Quest and after finishing the quest to regain items needed for regaining Glarial's amulet.
