Special Attractions
Boat to Karamja
This trip costs 30gp. Talk to Seaman Lorris, Seaman Thresnor, or Seaman Tobias to go on this trip. This is a very popular boat trip to take because it is the only way to get to the only lobster fishing location in the free worlds.
Boat to Entrana
The Monks of Entrana will allow you to take their boat to the holy island of Entrana. However, you cannot take any weapons or armour with you.
Boat to the Void Knight Outpost
Talk to the Squire to receive a free trip the Void Knight Outpost. This city contains a fantastic Mini-Game, "Pest Control". The game is great for experience, but be aware this game is only available to members over level 40.
Charter Ships
Certain ships at ports throughout RuneScape now have the ability to charter you to a number of locations. The sailers also stock certain items that they've picked up along their travels throughout RuneScape that you are able to buy. The Port Sarim charter ship departs to Brimhaven (1,600gp), Catherby (1,000gp), Mos Le Harmless (325gp), Port Khazard (1,280gp), Port Phasmatys (650gp), Shipyard (400gp), Tyras Camp (3,200gp). To halve the cost of these charter ships, wear a ring of charos (a)
The Port Sarim Jail
This is a popular location to train your ranged skill on a free server. There is a thief, a pirate, Wormbrain, a mugger, and a black knight for you to test your ranged skill on. However, unlike other popular training areas, you cannot retrieve your arrows manually. Instead you must either telekinetic grab them or just leave them.
The Ice Caves
This dungeon is a great training spot for many different levels of players. There are muggers, pirates, hobgoblins, ice warriors, ice giants and for members skeletal wyverns! The ice giants and warriors are great training spots for mid to high level players.
Rat Pits
The rat pits are a mini-game for members who wish to train their cat into 2 special stages - Wiley and Lazy. Check out the Pet Care Guide on how to unlock these 2 stages of cat. Members can also pit their cats against each other in a game of rat catching. Whoever kills the most rats wins.
