Port Khazard is members only, as it is just north-east of Yanille. Miners and those attempting the trawler mini-game and other quests use it predominantly. General Khazard, an evil General who forces people to fight each other in his fight arena, runs it. To the west of Port Khazard is the Tree Gnome Village, and directly north of that is the Khazard battlefield.
You may now teleport to this location upon completion of the Lunar Diplomacy Quest.

Special Attractions
The Port Khazard mine
The Port Khazard mines are a great place to get iron and Mithril ore, using the Yanille bank. People rarely think to mine here. It is also a good place for tin and copper ore, if you wish to brush up on that bronze making.
The Pub
At the Port Khazard pub you can buy a beer for 2gp, and a Khali brew for 5gp. You use Khali brew in the Fight Arena quest.

Speak to Murphy at the docks to start the Fishing Trawler mini-game.
Charter Ships
Certain ships at ports throughout RuneScape now have the ability to charter you to a number of locations. The sailers also stock certain items that they've picked up along their travels throughout RuneScape that you are able to buy. The Port khazard charter ship departs north of from the docks to Brimhaven (1,600gp), Catherby (1,600gp), Karamja (1,600gp), Mos Le Harmless (1,025gp), Port Phasmatys (4,850gp), Port Sarim (1,28gp), Shipyard (1,600gp), Tyras Camp (3,200gp). Fight Arena: Start the quest in the north-west corner of the Fight Arena. Talk to Lady Servil
Monk's Friend: Just north of Port Khazard, is a large dumbbell-shaped building. Talk to Brother Omad inside to start the quest.

Miscellaneous Information
Port Khazard transportation
Due to the fact it is ruled by an evil General, Port Khazard does not get much traffic. A very useful way to get off Karamja is to walk west of Shilo Village until you come across a ship. Tickets cost anywhere from 20-50gp. It will take you from Karamja to Port Khazard, but it will NOT take you from Port Khazard to Karamja.
