Tips and Hints:
In order to make something " GROUND " you must have a mortal and Pestle then use it and the item will be grounded. For example, to make ground unicorn horn you will have to have the unicorn horn which you can obtained by killing a unicorn located in west Varrock and also south of Edgeville. When you get the unicorn horn you can grind (use) it with the mortal in pestle then there you go! You have the ground unicorn horn. Also this is good with other things like herbs; Guam and food; Chocolate to make chocolate dust. So the idea here is to keep a pestle and mortal with you or safe in the bank for future potion.
